If you forgot your user ID

If you forgot your password

  3. Now you should have to follow all the instructions given on your screen and check your email for the password reset link if you have used your email address to verify the account. 

Note: The password reset link will be active for 24 hours.

If you reset your password and now you can’t sign in

It is possible that your old password still saved in your browser so you need to enter your password manually. If still, you are not able to sign in then you need to clear the data so you can use the new password. Close the browser when you have done it and then reopen it.

When you asked to reset your password every time you sign in

This situation will happen if your browser may be automatically filling in your old password or the user ID.

  2. When you reset your password and go to your account and select My Account and then choose Account setting.

You need a confirmation code

  3. Here you need to enter your phone number and contact detail.
  • If your email ID has been already used to create a login/ account then you will not be able to create another one. In this case, you can either retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
  • While entering your contact detail if you are getting messages like your email address or phone number not matching then you should contact Intuit to update your personal detail.

If you have invited to QuickBooks and not able to Sign in
